Woodmasters, Inc. and Affiliates offer several benefits
to our full-time employees. These include 6 paid holidays, 40 hours paid
vacation, 24 hours of sick leave, Health and Dental insurance, and lastly
a 401K/Profit Sharing Plan. Eligibility for Health/Dental insurance is
the 1st day of the month following 90 days of employment. Holiday pay
begins 6 months after employment. Vacation/Sick time pay and enrollment
in our 401K/Profit Sharing plan is offered 1 year after employment. All
employees are eligible for benefits, once the time requirements have
been met. We also have an incentive and bonus plan.
