"Amazing, incredible, unbelievable"; these are just a few of the comments we received upon completion of this 1900 home in Norfolk. This wilted, condemned property was literally within weeks of demolition, when we were contracted to restore the collapsed structures, and totally renovate the home's interior and exterior. The interior work consisted of new electrical, plumbing, heating system, completely new bathrooms, and kitchen, new floors, plaster work, paint, and a variety of other items.
The exterior upgrades include a new wraparound porch, complete with new floor, railings, columns, and brick skirt, new roof, windows, siding (wood and vinyl), vinyl cladded aluminum over the wood trim, and paint. The property also received a concrete driveway, fence, landscaping and tree removal. This property can again be enjoyed for many years to come.

This small three bedroom, one bath home, was enlarged to a spacious four bedroom, two bath executive ranch, more than doubling its original living area.
Virtually every exterior wall was extended, enabling the enlargement of most rooms and allowing the luxury of an open spacious floor plan. The once nineteen-fifty dated house, now enjoys the amenities and flair of the modern home.
